Very quiet thread.
My Trickers (unloved first time round) a good few months later. I haven't worn them much as they hurt my feet after a few hours. Think they are just a little too narrow...should I see if I can have them stretched?

They look not remotely broken in. You could try some shoe stretch spray first. My Trickers (unloved first time round) a good few months later. I haven't worn them much as they hurt my feet after a few hours. Think they are just a little too narrow...should I see if I can have them stretched?

Probably wore them ten to fifteen times. So perhaps they just need more effort to break them in.mark944gold said:

Where did you get those from? They are not part of the 2019 collection, just checked on the website because I’ve never seen a pair that look at bad as that. I am guessing they are from a third party seller and therefore the cheap cemented range that they do for general retail rather than sell in their own boutique shops ![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)

Miaow. Interesting that your concern is authenticity rather than good taste.

I’m not saying they are fake. JW do two very different ranges of shoes. The ones they sell in their own shops and the likes of selfridges at like £400 a pair and the stuff they put into places like slaters and sometimes next etc for about £90.
Thank you for all your kind comments, just to answer a few of the questions, carpet was specially chosen as I know how disappointing it can be for some people if it is a boring carpet, tend to wear them with dark coloured jeans. They were bought direct from Jeffery West part of the muse collection and for some reason were in the last sale they had!

I've worn out another pair of Jefferies... I had a pair re-soled by them before and they came back as good as new. I like these better so going to drop them off today to see what they can do.
Can they fix the leather on the toe? Wondering if these are actually just a write off now.
Might buy another pair to wear while these are in for repair. I found my first pair were half a size too big, once worn in. When new these felt tight but once worn in are about right. So now i've dialled in the size need a new pair right??
