Ha! I've been waiting for someone to cite the Wapping Caveat. It's a common misconception that it applies only on low-pollen days. The rule was changed in 2014 but as it was an addendum to the Canning Town embargo it slipped through pretty much unnoticed. Of course the embargo came to an end within a few weeks but the Wapping caveat change remained in place. Anyway all that trivia, no matter how interesting is pretty irrelevant when I'm playing Morden.
