These people are the true enemies of the regular hard working and contributing citizens of America.
Have a cup of tea. Life's too short for such gibberish.Just shut the hell up Amy Schumer and keep your political opinions to yourself BILL MAHER you unfunny fool.

I used to like Bill Maher, when he did maybe 5 or 10 minutes stand up, or guested on talk shows, although I wasn’t enamoured of his habit of loooking at the audience, waiting for a favourable reaction, but since his weekly “Real Time with Bill Maher” on TV, I’ve gone off him.
He labours his anti Republican/Trump schtick too much, “come on Democrats, we MUST get out and vote.”
He’s like a Marine Le Pen activist, standing outside a polling booth in Amiens, Macron’s home town, and urging voters to go for the National Rally Party, formerly FN, few want to listen.
Liking comedians is truly subjective, for everyone who says that they like X, there’s someone who despises X.
I think Eddie Izzard is intelligently funny, some don’t, I think that the American Bobby Slayton should be elected to the comedians Hall of Fame, others would switch him off, it’s all up to the individual.

Stewart Lee.
Went to see him once as a friend had spare tickets and did not find him funny at ALL.
I felt he was trying to be high brow and cutting edge, and failing - I just don't get his humour!
I thought his most recent show 'Content Provider' (on iPlayer I believe) was just excellent and very funny. I can get why he grates on some folk though.Went to see him once as a friend had spare tickets and did not find him funny at ALL.

Anyone mentioned Paul Merton yet?
I stumbled on Have I Got News For You last Christmas when we were staying at some relatives and there was Merton jabbering away about Thatcher and Tory sex scandals. I assumed it must be a repeat or a top 50 of the Best of 1990s Comedy or some such and asked if The Day Today had been on yet. It turned out it was current.
He's been trotting out the same tripe on that stupid programme for a quarter of a century. I gave up on it in about 2001 and assumed it HD quietly died in around 2004.
It's not just his politics, whatever they are, or the fact that he's been flogging that dead horse for a decade and a half after it should have been buried. Ian Hislop rides the same gravy train but he is a genuine intellect with a good sense of humour.
Merton I simply don't get.

I don't get these comedians who go off on weird surreal flights of fancy. Mother in law jokes, that's what I want. Maybe some observational humour. Have you ever noticed how quakers all wear those funny shoes with buckles? Chocolate with fruit in it, what's that all about? Am I right?
Stewart Lee, Paul Merton, Daniel Kitson, Joe Wilkinson...pfft they should learn from the masters like Stan Boardman (the Geeeeermans bombed our chippy ), Bernard "" Manning and Roy Chubby "" Brown. People at the ing edge of their art.
