It was one of those awful ‘monochrome’ catwalk affairs.

In that case, I call foul play....

Following a ruling by the MCA, single and triple Huffingtons only will be deemed to be lateral in the dictates of Carski’s Protocol.

Hang on, a player can't shaft anyone in April, let alone as distinguished and fragrant a player as E.S. Bury.

A re-set is required.

That’s a bold move this close to Easter. You were damn lucky it fell in April this year otherwise you’d be blocked for 3 moves!

I shall attempt to restore order with Fairlop.

That's easy to say, much harder to pull off. Given where we are in the year and with the current climate in mind, I have to say..

Finsbury Park.

My copy of Carpenter's Guide suggests that the best strategy in a dry April is to steer well clear of any stations with "Park" in their name as you're likely to come a cropper should the weather change suddenly. Although I have to say I'm quite a fan of seeing ladies dressed inappropriately for the weather so I'm going to throw caution to the wind and play Green Park.

At a glance that looks like a cracking play. It only leaves a couple of options and I'm a bit concerned that I'm being drawn into a classic give and go trap here but I'm afraid that having tried to second and third guess your intentions I really can't come up with anything better than the very obvious Tooting Bec.

If only you had stopped at Cheam. 21sr April is the Queens Birthday so the German rules take precedent and it’s gloves off - Oval

This thread has reached its hundredth page and I'm playing on an actual train.

By Willie Rushden's ghost, I believe this entitles me to combine the Fischer and Helsinki maneuvers in one turn. May God preserve us...
