Never in a fking million years would I tell her that test was positive, she'll do a proper mental!
I'm presuming she will be pleased about it so I would just let nature take its course and just say that it was negative. Hopefully the evidence has been disposed of?
Anyway, good luck!
Hmm. Thanksgiving/Xmas/wedding impending, might not be too good idea to let wife and mum to be to get completely battered, alcohol is not so good for a growing little-un. (although i know plenty of mums who have not known and been on weddings, NYE etc and got properly trolleyed, but their kids are all fine).I'm presuming she will be pleased about it so I would just let nature take its course and just say that it was negative. Obviously she'll know for certain in less than 2 weeks so the hen do is probably not really an issue.
Good luck and congratulations anyway! Personally, you may as well tell her, she's going to know in a short time anyway, and your inability to man up at the right moment will be plainly obvious. Pregnancy tests are not generally wrong nnowadays.

I'm sure just the kind of husband that every young woman is waiting for. The kind that you can trust to do the right thing when things get difficult, who'll protect, nurture, OR NOT AND THEN TELL THE WHOLE F-ING WORLD OUT THERE, APART FROM HIS FUTURE WIFE WHAT A "LESS THAN WORTHY" PERSON HE IS.
Oh dear, I don't see it getting any better. Reminds me of a friend of mine at college (UK) who married a delicious Texas lady in June '74. I visited Texas in the September to find him not there - they were already divorced.

Kinda appreciate your view here - but I'm in Texas, the only people around are her family, our driveway is 1.1 miles long so the ability to release onto the lovely world of PH is actually rather nice right now. There are very clear reasons why I haven't told her straight away, which are private between her, myself and her family. Sometimes ways to protect and nurture aren't always as straight forward as may appear.Oh dear, I don't see it getting any better. Get her to do another test because they aren't 100% accurate...
Indeed. I asked my wife to do a 'up the stick/not up the stick' digital read out test before I believed it.Bit more expensive but hey ho.
If the op is serious you are the most mong tastic uber special kid ever.
Congratulations BTW. Yes ha!

What are they - I can't see why you're complaining if there are rational reasons why not (severe gun toting Christians I guess?). I can't see why you can't tell your mrs anyway. Being in the land of big men, this isn't going to go well for you. You are coming across as fairly lame at this point. I'd not want to marry you if you carried on like this (getting your head round it - what's that all about? when this sounds like something that was going to happen sooner rather than later).
