I used to be the same, but I have changed my mind a bit. I like the way the different positioning of the logo denotes the style and age. Plus it looks good in my pictures in the OP

Considering it is my 25th birthday on monday, and I have unexpectedly come in to a couple of quid in the run up to the weekend I might have just bought another 5 Zippos. Maybe.

I might have bought a sapphire one, a matte red one, a spectrum one, a matte white one and a Lemon Kente one. And some fuel (obviously).

Frieda kicked up a real fuss and showed me some spurious EU document which did indeed single out butane lighters as all you were allowed...Even my German gf kicked off at her but no joy...

That said, it's not gone forever. I paid an outrageous sum for them to post it back to me from the gate. It hasn't arrived and I don't have high hopes but the sentimental was sufficient to cause me to pay more than it cost originally-idiot! If it does turn up, it's truly my lucky lighter!
