Sunday looking warm (compared to what we've had) in the SE - especially East Anglia. In to the low 20s possible. But humid and cloudy.
We've moved our daughter's birthday party to Sunday from Saturday - which is another write off.
Cold spell over. No sign of summer - the jet stream buckling all over the place, sometimes the South will see better days. Plenty of low pressure and rain

Been a glorious day here in West Berks. Been outside without a jumper painting the fence without risk of rain. Now indoors, some of the windows ajar.
Lovely to feel warm again.
Sorry about tomorrow - we've moved all our plans to Sunday (it's our daughter's bday tomorrow - no way are we eating lunch outside a restaurant and then Ooni pizza party in our garden in the evening!).
So, brief warm-er spell this weekend. Then back to mid-teens and April showers for a while.
Better than what we've had.

Hope of a more settled end of May have pretty much vanished. Shocking start to the warmer parts of the year, an absolute opposite of last year when we were locked at home in the heat. Now we're more free, nature is mocking us.
That brief warm spell in March remains the warmest day of the year

Got a direct hit from that little cell. Dog is now a wreck
Got caught out on Tuesday near Downton Abbey (whatever it is called IRL), dog was standing in between wife's legs with her sheltering him til it passed.Gassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
