The real question is why didn't the housekeeper open the door, surely the butler informed her that he would be out? I think your HR department will be having a busy Monday.

Well it stumped me as I believed that a working day was also a business day. Which is why I turned to PH I knew I was going to try and call/collect today but thought why not ask the masses on what they thought a working day/business day is.

Because they aren't royal mail and they didn't print the cards out with the correct days and times.
