THE OFFICIAL THREAD: forums pet hate
Discussion
Asking a question or for help, and then never responding to the half-dozen in-depth detailed helpful responses.
Omitting relevant information (eg "Anyone know any good detailers?" and not posting whereabouts you live).
Write-only posters who raise points without reading what's already been said, sending the conversation around in circles.
Posting blind links (just the URL, no description) to videos, music, classified ads etc. Firstly people have to open the link to follow the conversation. Secondly a day/week/month later when the original page linked to has been taken down, a later reader has no way of knowing what was being talked about.

Keep your bloody pet on your own bloody property.
They are only slightly worse than people who do not know the plural form of 'forum'.
Dogs, keep you pets urine and fecal matter on your own property. Keep your bloody pet on your own bloody property.

I would say that abbreviations annoy me most. I get HTH and IANAL, but there are so many that I need to Google. Don't be lazy, just spell it out for those us who grew out of our teen years.
Threads beginning with something along the lines of "The initial message was deleted from this topic on 17 July 2022 at 17:38"
Invariably a thread started by a bluthering fickwit which rapidly turns into an amusingly massive car crash, but unless someone has kindly quoted the initial post early in the thread it can be difficult to deduce the cause of the wreckage.
