Whilst I don't have much sympathy for the bloke you hit, I'd have even less for you if you got nicked for it, or his mate battered you.

Deal with it, he's smoking on "HIS" property, you have no right to complain I'm afraid!
As for throwing fags out of a window, I'd have to agree with you. However Vauxhall in their infinite wisdom have decided that we no longer need ashtrays in car's so I am at a loss as to what I am supposed to do with said fag dimp!
