Nothing to worry about...
Unless you believe in Creationism, males have evolved from other males and females over millions of years. Unless there was a reason, man boobs would have disappeared as otherwise it's a waste of genetic material. So, there is some role for man boobs in the "survival of the fittest". Obviously, in general, females are not attracted to large nips otherwise humankind would have died out in a finale of lesbians. So man have evolved to have little, useless, pathetic nipples to give the women something to feel superior about. Big nipples, therefore, mean he is not attractive to women.

Even if a baby is male, it's not until weeks into the pregnancy that the male hormones / testosterone kick in at which point the little lad already has nipples.
