Factorising Equations

I think the greatest common factor you can get out of that is 3y^2, so 3y^2(x^2y-4x+6)

Cubic. It's a "mixed" polynomial though (I think) as in ^2 and ^3

The y^3 messes it up, if it was just a y^2 you could pull it out as a factor, then factorise the remaining quadratic

No, you mentioned a councillor before.
When I tried him he looked at me like I was insane and said at best he might be able to put in a good word about my planning permission, but couldn't help me with my women issues.
