Just go and leave her at home, or has she hidden the cash too?

My wife used to be like that. Never wanted to go out, not even to the pub. Would moan if I wanted to as she "had been on her own all day and wanted company".
After a while I decided that I would go out, with or without her! my life turned around from that point!

We've been divorced 15 years now! biggrin

I'm still working on it, none of the advice has worked so far unfortunately, she's now watching x factor and my mouth is as dry as Ghandis flip flop.

So you tried my advice then?
Yes she's a bleeding wreck
She'd have been a bleeding wreck over the next week or so even without the smashed cup though eh.

I had this with the ex to. Slipper syndrome I call it. My advice is to go out anyway, if she has made up her mind nothing will work. If she hasn't already the water works will happen soon.

Any solutions to help me get out for a few beers??

Get your hand in her handbag and take your balls back out of there for the night ,then man up tell her your going out for a couple of drinks and leave.

FFS theres being a caring sharing partner and being a door mat ,stop being the latter.

soooo what happened, did the OP reclaim his masculinity and just walk out the front door or did he prove to his wife that he is a pansy who can be trampled on at any opportunity.

Maybe try killing her to death with a knife or, if one is not handy, a gun.

Hope I'm not too late.
