clap Quite right. The bloke is doing a job which he gets paid for. Absolutely no need to tip, in fact I hate the idea of tipping all together. Do your job well and get paid for it. End of story.

If you do an exceptional job then your boss should give you a promotion or a rise. Not the customers responsibility.

Only if you live ontop of ben Nevis and they have to get past the guard turtles, otherwise, no.
