What is the target audience? Where will the posters appear? What is the intended response? What happens next? Etc, etc....
'Feedback' is meaningless without an idea of what the posters are intended to achieve.
They will be used everywhere across the country.'Feedback' is meaningless without an idea of what the posters are intended to achieve.
They are to entice children into joining the ATC.

If the Cadets made them then they'll be perfect for other like minded kids, so, not much point asking a bunch of mainly middle aged, miserable, sex obsessed, grumpy old tossers!
Besides. Theres an unusually high proportion of Ginger kids on those posters which is slightly sinister.

Bugger... just remembered I was a cadet too!! (Benfleet Squadron).
P.S I'm not ginger (and I don't smell of p*ss either!)

Surely with any form of Cadets the idea is to sell them the fun stuff then convince them the drill is for their own good. So more chipmunks, gliders, stuff with maps and shiny military kit, you can join cubs or scouts and do canoeing, camping etc, so sell the bits that being RAF adds, but play down the lovely blue uniform basicly follow the old recruiting idea of selling the adventurous stuff. (Ex CCF Army section, and currently a Cubs leader)

It's as broad as that - anyone and everyone? No specific groups that you want to target?
Nope, they are just like all other MOD posters.I'd say that the copy needs to focus more on what youngsters will get out of joining (presumably not all will want a career in the RAF), and also have a stronger call to action.
Something like:
Are you ready to...
Learn new skills?
Be challenged as never before?
And have fun doing it?
Call xxxx, or www. xxxx to start your adventure with the Air Cadets.
They will always be ghay in comparison to the Army cadets......
Anyway, constructive feedback. I quite like them because they are simple. People dont want to be bombarded with complicated pictures or of blocks of text. A few photos to give them an idea, a simple tag line and a contact number/website. People will probably spend 2 seconds looking at them and then another 5 seconds if they are interested enough by first glance. Do something too complicated and people will walk past if after 2 seconds they dont know exactly what its about.
