Discussion

Mods can you please delete the pages and pages of off topic aeroplane stuff. If the pedants want a discussion or argument about planes I’m sure there’s a thread elsewhere that would suit them
Enough of the Hurricane/Spitfire discussion. If anyone wants to continue it then please carry it on over here:https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/forum.asp?h=0&...

Well if you're not posting new Facebook fails what is wrong discussing the existing fails?
What about whinging about discussing existing fails posted is that OT?
What about a Life fails not posted on facebook, do they count or do I have to wait until some actually post it FB first, even though it is inevitable eventually?

Some posters need to take those sticks out their arses

IMO I think the only posters with sticks up their arses, were the pedants showing outrage at some people not being able to spot the difference between two similar planes...
Someone linked above the place where you can discuss this in detail if you like, everyone agreed the museum should have got it right which was the original point anyway.

Agreed. I was the someone. The point has been made about the museum. If you must carry on discussing the identification of aeroplanes then please do so in the Boats, Planes and Trains section.

Thanks, hadn't spotted you were a mod.
Sacked after he took to Facebook to label the school’s management team as “heartless, uncaring t***s” in what he admits was an error of judgement after “a couple of whiskies.”
Reading the article, he gave them just the excuse they wanted.
