After a promising start my day has not been at all relaxing
After depositing the girls at their social functions, Mrs Champers returned home with a nice sandwich lunch, good so far.
With a gleam in her eyes and a sweet smile she says, "We've got a few hours without the girls, what do you fancy doing Honey?". Great I thought, this could be a very good afternoon indeed
Like a fool I replied "I don't know, what do you fancy doing Babe?". FOOL!
So, I've spent the afternoon measuring-up, moving furniture and traipsing round sofa stores (she didn't find what she wanted until the fourth shop, and it's cost me a small fortune)

Gran Turismo used to be fun, the GT "special" cars are ruining it...
The special RedBull F1 racing car with a roof type racy thing... it's un-driveable. Total POS
I can drive an Audi Le-Mans car up the Goodwood Hill Climb easily but that RedBull thing's handling is a twitchy fking mess
And as for the "Mission" races, how the hell are you supposed to drift a car on a driving simulator? you can't actually feel the weight of the car moving around? the key thing you need to feel when drifting
Thankfully the normal races in the hot hatches and road cars all the way up to the LeMans and Nascars is great.
How's that for trivial?
PS: Iva, all my self tuned racing cars and go-carts on the game (so far) are now numbered 23

My sons Corsa broke down yesterday but he managed to get to my house so I could have a look at it , seems a vacuum pipe had broken and water had gushed all over the place.
Of course this is the best weekend to have a problem like this when Vauxhall parts are closed until Tuesday.
Hey ho.

Also saw an R8 broken down and a Ferrari 458 spider trundle past. Don't like the shape of those, too fussy!
Since when was this thread a car spotting thread?! Had a SUPERB day at Surrey wheelsday, not too hot,not too cold.
New venue this year,Dunsfold [Top Gear track]a zillion showcars, just a fab day.
Pics will follow in a relevant place.
On the spotting front,on leaving show a number of Ferraris passed the other way.
They all had some sticker on the door so were on some tour or summat.
Should've pulled over to capture some pics, saw a Daytona and possibly a 250 SWB and moderns too.
