Seems to have been forgotten in all the 'stuff' that's going on ?

It's being reported everywhere, so why 'bogus'?

I had assumed it was a reference to Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey.

Book at Bedtime was all I knew of Joss,
whether reading The Lighthouse or Brighton Rock
there he was.

Joss of course would be horrified to learn that he's being commemorated by lines from Bill and Ted.

Heap bad medicine. Braves not happy.

Drugs round late again? I'll let Matron know, and in the meantime I'll send the nurse in the red tabard, tout de suite...

Joss Akland was a great character actor. I was only watching him on Friday evening in an old episode of Tales of the Unexpected.

He also played a great villain opposite Jeremy Brett in Sherlock Holmes - The Copper Beeches.

Sure I saw him in a Shakespeare play for my O Level English back in the early 80's. Not my thing but he must have left an impression to remember it.
