Nope. That's Windsor Castle.
Neither are council houses, both belong to the Crown Estate.
Which doesn't belong to the Queen or wider Royal Family, therefore publicly owned housing, therefore equivalent to council housing, except I'm not sure if the inhabitants are asked to pay rent out of their benefits.

Living in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, quaint villages surrounded by stunning countryside, yet blighted with a BD24 Bradford postcode.........

{ My Son was renewing his car insurance and some tosser in censored knows where said his Bradford postcode is a high risk area..... )

You could live in one of the most expensive towns (they call it a village) in the Home Counties and have a Slough postcode: Gerrards Cross. It must be bloody annoying for them!
