May i direct your hard earned to this:
I recovered on of the large ones from my parents loft and set about restoring it. The batteries had leaked and eaten through some of the wiring. I spent a few hours repairing this and called my children to come and be amazed....

In a lot of cases, stuff that was great in the past, deserves to remain in the past as happy nostaligic memories.
(although Super Mario Kart on the SNES is an exception to this rule)

You may well be right....it was just the first thing that popped into my head. That and Super Hang On.Wins on the ability to hit a Policeman with a club whilst he tries to arret you on your motorbike.
