I am sorry to say but this is definitely not a high end driving simulator, and I doubt you would be able to buy a serious rally car for price it is worth.

How so? Looks like some brand of Direct Drive wheel, HE Pro Pedals and some reason monitors. I see Z1 dashboard in there too. What's not high end?

High end is a matter of fidelity and balance in the fidelity between the sub systems in a simulator. When these are out of balance you get sick and the training/ research effect is largely gone.
The motion system in this particular simulator is lacking proper motion cueing fine tuning capabilities and is providing false cues. It is intrinsically unable to generate the accelerations required to replicate the dynamics of a rally car. Or any car for that matter. It is fun to drive and it generates enough sensations for sure but not those required for, what I call, a high end simulator.

I can’t comment on the quality and the fidelity of the visual display system, the image generator and its data base content, and the force feedback in the steering wheel and the pedals. I would need more information on those components of the system.
