One thing i have just noticed, i've got two tabs open, one youtube and the other redbull stratos website (both watching live feed).
It seems the redbull stratus website is delayed, and the youtube live link is more 'current' if that makes sense,

Might be worth refreshing your tabs...I've just tried the same and they are playing in sync here.
