Bill, we're heading down to the inlaws on the Devon/Dorset border - looking forward to it!

I’m on my hols at Croyde bay currently. Bit rainy at beginning of the week but just enjoyed a beach day yesterday: perfectly warm, even the sea felt pleasant for a day of surfing.

I can see the failed grand designs lighthouse from where I am !

20 degrees achieved in London! smile

Now the question remains - will March hold the hottest temperature this spring (24.5) - or will we get enough heat next week to stop that happening?

Dare I say it's looking like the more optimistic predictions for the weekend are going to come true?! It'll actually be a pleasure to get out in the garden and on the bike with my lad at this rate!

The fk's going on today? It's supposed to be warm and sunny. It's cloudy and cool and showery. FFS.

Berks/Oxon border.

Today was always the least best day. It's just got humid and still enough for a little bit of rain.

Normal service resumes tomorrow.

I was going to mow the lawn this afternoon ready to actually enjoy the garden for the first time since September over the weekend. Bah. I was promised a dry warm sunny day by the bloody forecasts I saw. Not happy. I will now have to use valuable drinking and lazing time doing manual labour. Rollocks. furiousgrumpy

And here in Cardiff. The forecast said overcast / dry but it's rained every day, in fact it poured down this morning whilst my Met Office App said it should be dry, if you can't 'predict' Weather as it happens...

I pay good money to use these forums, and I was expecting a dry day today. Who is responsible for this? The kids are crying, I'm fuming. Hun.
