Awful. Every single one of these people with what I'd describe as "excessive" tattoos (I realise its a personal judgement) I would say has got mental issues.

It is quite possible he did it himself. Sadly, not unusual for people to do that sort of thing to themselves. Including; "bifurcation", nullification, castration... Anaesthesia optional. Yes, seriously. I suspect there won't be a later life to have problems in, so deep are the issues.

Ive seen a few of these tatts that embelish scars and tell a story, love them and think theyre far more interesting than fashion tattoos, quite like the 3d ones.
