If that leniency could also be extended towards the elderly gentleman seen throwing as yet unidentified objects from the top of the old water tower at Trivton Towers I would be grateful. The suspect is still at large.
The gentleman must have a good arm, 2 of the magnets have landed here in Yorkshire biggrin

Thanks again for this thread Dicky, I have met some great people, drank a great amount of alcohol and had load of fun thanks to you.

What a coincidence Dicky, I was in Northampton yesterday!

I saw some old Volvos:

Then I met a nice Swedish man who scribbled on my t-shirt:

Today I have been ploughing through my bank statement vs a pile of receipts, dating back to February. This was not nearly so much fun as yesterday.

A good meeting, CC. Even my grandsons enjoyed it. They're six and four. They were treated to a radio controlled car each. This amused one of them. The other one found a ladybird.

You're very welcome, GOG. Of course, the thread might not have taken off at all.

A really early start at work on a Monday is a hill to climb.

A year long contract I had in Sheffield was my toughest. B&B was the answer during the week but I had to get there. Monday's were 180 miles and over three hours non-stop but I liked to be in the canteen for 8.00.

Uh oh. I'm going to be in the dog house. Step daughter #2 asked me if I'd print her holiday itinerary and flight information and gawd knows what. She asked on Saturday and was going to email it. It didn't arrive so - stupidly - I assumed she'd made alternative arrangements. I'm in Sedgemoor Services on the M5 on my way to Devon to see my old mum and just looked at my email. She sent it at 00.15 this morning. Oops. I'll direct her to Office World.

Her fancy tablet won't talk to my wireless printer. Why? I'm okay with tech when it works.
