Curry news:

Oh my. It's really good. Daughter likes it but finds it a touch too hot, so I've chucked in a load more tomatoes and a generous dollop of honey in an attempt to turn it into a sort of made-up pathia. It seems to have worked. I'll be doing this again. The basmati is on the go and I'll be serving soon. So if you're on your way round, hurry up.
