I’ve seen this Locost Caterham-a-like on another site for £4,250. It’s very tempting instead of another motorbike. It’s based around a Ford escort and I suspect is a bit of a hoot!

While looking for that, I noticed three watches on the same site (TZ-UK) I really like. A Citizen (£200), a Tudor Pelagos (£2,000) and an Eterna Kon-Tiki (£735).

Resisting the urge to buy the whole lot. So far.

That green Caterham is a bit too back to basics for me ,wheels look like they should have cross plies on them.

Dibbles Locost has a nicer paint scheme with orange bits.

I like orange bits.

I bought a sticker on Friday ,because it was mainly orange.

I did a deal with foreign bloke ,as I was his first customer of the day 12E for a new clock and an old sticker.

Caterham have made a 7 to capture more of the essence of the Lotus 7.

Hold on a mo. That doesn't look right. The headlights are too small, the wheels aren't correct, the grille is too deep and it appears to have seats.

Special Event Offer!

Only £33,500!!
Captain Slow tracked one of those on TG, reckoned it was a lot of fun, cant see £33k though.

I reckon Dibble`s spot is the better bet, mind you with the price of old Escort`s these days it would probably end up standing you in the same!!

It's too hot for sleep ,so I'm trying the Bourne 4th part of the trilogy.....silly

Not holding out much hope of it being anywhere as good as Matt Damon's ones.

Lovely and cool up here in the valley of Gwanji, we have our own private weather. It's 20 degrees and we're half an hour from the townies.

Not enjoying this film ,partly because I have no idea what's going on ,partly because I have a laptop open.

What film?

I watched “Calibre” on Netflix last night, highly recommended on the Netflix thread in the TV forum on PH. It was utter dog ste. Back to Trailer Park Boys tonight. Not everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m enjoying it.

Turn it on its side, that's an Alsatian, and a German woman, didn't make much sense to me either.

Hang on are we on the same film here?

We went to Aberystwyth once, it was very hilly!!!
Morning chaps wavey we've become ever so slightly addicted to Criminal minds, so much so we've just ordered the box set of series 1-11, seems a bit strange to order it that way but it was cheaper to do that than buy series 6-11!!!

Whatever you do don’t watch Mohawk on Netflix. We did and gave up after twenty minutes it’s really awful. High ratings but goodness knows why it’s just a few bad actors running in circles through woods like children. The crap acting starts straight away and gets worse so twenty minutes was painful.

Caliber is good. All Is Lost is good too. Going to try Wind River tonight.

In other news, waiting for quotes on some new casements from joinery chappies, scaffolding is up next week so I can start weatherboarding the barn, digger comes Friday so I can get rid of an old well and some tree stumps at the weekend. That just leaves waiting for some brake bits from the US to finish the TVR calipers which seized last week and then try to resolve the fuel vaporisation.
That’s not all but enough for now.
And I still have retired relatives in Cornwall saying oh you must come and see us when are you coming down blah blah blah, err yes but no but - you do know I still work for a living dont you?!
