His post is reasonably polite, he's made a decent attempt at explaining what the problem is and explained what he already tried. Its a million times better than most that have been posted.

Very fair point as my grammar is awful - so I am told - it just confused the heck of me had to read it several times to get what the question was - guess internet connection and cords was jarring me

And in fairness that post now has 68 comments- all offering various technical solutions and no a single grammar nazi post - so I am the the fb fail
