Motorbikes = council was in Vol 1 Page 1!
There is nothing CUSTOM about that bike, even has a legal lardge number plate - not often you see one on a bike. Also, it doesn't have anti lock brakes as described Just a standard Busa of that year with some end cans and tinted screen.

I don't think my motorbikes are council.
HOWEVER - Suzukis are an exception - they are extremely council, and I only suspect that these gaudy, corroding pieces of tat are purchased by people to park next to the trampoline in their dogst filled garden after a tramp-fuelled night down the flat roof pub.

Also add bicycles and borrowing money on the council list. Bicycles doesn't include the proper commuters and road bike sort, unless they are doing so on a DUI.
Small kiddie size BMX ridden by full size adult on the way to the shops for his face.

It's easy to spot council bikes:

Small number plate?
Non-standard exhaust?
Anodised or carbon tat?
Rider wearing urban camo?

If you've answered yes to any of these questions, congratulations, councilbiker smile

I think it was both drivers gravitational fields that was making it difficult for them to pass each other.

Hmmmm. I have a small numberplate. It's even worse as it's a 1932 dateless/cherished plate. Off-scale council.

I feel ripped off as I want a council slapper gf and never got one.

I have a mortgage, and over the years have had 3 Lotuses on finance.

I now feel a deep sense of shame.
