I don't think that is "Council". It's a bit of fun for the children in the area.

The house is nicely painted, the lawn looks immaculate and the borders are arrow straight. The railings are even painted.

Looks like they have spent a fair bit of money on the props too.

It couldn't be more council if it tried. Imagine the state of that house at Christmas??

That's not really council. It's a nicely-kept house with some pretty cool looking decorations which will be amusing for children come Halloween.

The same house without Halloween decorations.

It is an ex-council house in Liverpool.

Throwing rubbish out of your vehicle really annoys me.

Why is there always a pile of litter in McDonalds car parks?

Some animals that place attracts.

I like how she just leaves the one kid without even acknowledging him whatsoever, then chucks her other kid down in the seat without even looking either. What a .
That is an oustandingly classy woman and no mistake. Love the fact that she refers to him as being a c**t. Fine parenting skills while the children sit, listen and learn. What a princess.

No, the whole show is council.
For not council, watch Masterchef.
For ultimate council, watch Man vs Food (I'm a tiny bit council! bowtie )
