Cigar Event 16/04/14
Discussion
Gents.
Just had a little tidy up of the studio.
Found an unopened, tubed Romeo Y Julieta No.2 cigar hiding in a drawer. A leftover from a holiday to South America a year ago.
I'm guessing it's pretty dead, but would be a shame to bin it.
I've just popped it in a plastic zip tie bag, with a piece of apple to see if that'll moisten it a little.
What do you think?

Everything you need to know about smoking here.
Parabola, that'll probably bring it back to life. If it's particularly dry, pop a shot glass with a small amount of water in the sealed bag and see what that does. After a year in a sealed tube it most certainly won't be dead, it'll just be on the dry side.

Great, cheers. I'll give that a goGetCarter said:
I spent some time working in Cuba in 1996... had the same 12" long cigars that Castro had (watched them being rolled too) ... took about 2 days to smoke 'em! They cost me $1 each. Saw some on my return for £180 each. (Cuba has opened up a bit since then!)
I bought some Montecristo As last year which are a little over 9", not sure I'd want to go any longer, the weather never seems nice enough for long enough to enjoy them!!!Ah and a picture of something a little more lady like that she made for me.

I see no naked thighs
If you'd figured out how to use your blueberry then I would have Bluetoothed you those.....although why you would want a picture of 4 men's hairy thighs is beyond me!Tumbler said:

I'm on the way home to pack and then off to Borb's
Evening all,
Just returned from somewhere hot and sandy with work, with 25 Romeo y Julietas No. 3 tubos. I've a Peli case, so waterproof etc, that I'm hoping to use as a humidor. I've seen various examples of this on the net, but is there any reason it shouldn't work?
If it's a viable idea is there anything I should about storing them?
Cheers
