Stunning!

Snowing here (south west Wales) now quite heavily. Didn't expect that!

Was outside swapping the wipers on the car. It’s snowing (well, wet sleet). I’m MOTing the lotus on Wednesday...

It didn't last long, now blue skies and sunshine. Still very cold wind though. Yes, I've just been out washing the MR2 to take to work tomorrow!

Indeed they are. I have 2 identical frames, the other being prescription sunglasses. Oakley seem to be my specs of choice for the last 12 or so years. smile

After this shocking weather on Tuesday, Friday lunchtime I went to the pub and sat outside in glorious sunshine, albeit about 13C, and enjoyed a Guinness or 3 al fresco.

Today, it's pissing down! frown
I've had probably a dozen pairs of Oakleys over the years. Changed to Oliver Peebles for the last pair, until my current pair of Plank 2.0 which were a lot cheaper.
I'm cheaping out on sunglasses these years; being in Colorado you need them pretty much every day you go outside. With prescription lenses, dropping or scratching a pair is expensive - so I'd rather have a few pairs of much cheaper sunglasses instead.
Zenni is your friend...
Also being in Colorado, more snow forecast on Friday.
Just after I planted a couple of trees this weekend. Bum.

Strange weather here in MK today. Started off clue blue sky, but been peppered with snow falls. Big wet sloppy flakes, nothing settling. At one point the sun was shining strong whilst it snowed. Very odd.

Woke up to a very light dusting this morning with small flakes still coming down. The forecast is for it to be continuing until midday.

If I was of a conspiracy theory persuasion I would say that given its the first day that high street retail is fully re-opening, either God is saying "Stay at home! I've given you a message that the days of conspicuous consumption are at an end! Keep watching those Professionals repeats, you know you want to. Who knows, maybe one day ITV4 will press the wrong button and show the Klu Klux Klan episode..."

OR

Amazon have cracked weather control.

nono

I had weeks of the stuff this winter in Suffolk. I'm over it now until next winter. Puggit, turn the snow off, please.

Well the forecasters missed this one! About an inch on the Bucks/Oxon boarder and still coming down heavily. Not really settling on the roads though, so all good!

We had a family BBQ yesterday (Dirty burgers FTW!!) and had a bit of very light snow! I know it's not unheard of, but slightly surreal on the south coast particularly as it was lovely and warm when the sun came out.

The BBC said 'no snow'. Google and my phone (whoever that is) said 'snow'.

In this bit of leafy Surrey, it is snowing, fairly steadily.
