Awful. Impossible to fathom taking my 9 year old to football training and not coming home again.

Poor family.

I thought April was famous for showers. Think it only rained once and not much.

I get the impression May might make up for it!
Well you were correct. Half way into May and I don't thinks it's done anything other than rain.

Forecast for rest of May looks Iike rain and temps below normal every day. I've got a high of 14 showing on mine. Struggling most days to reach 11 or 12. fking miserable.

Maybe we'll get s decent run in summer this year rather than spring/autumn?

Maybe signs for South Wales few dry days next week which is always a improvement. Also looks like temps slowly increasing maybe signs of a good summer hopefully.

Sky's have opened up in my part of London. Proper rain, the type to cause flooding if went on for too long bounce

Believe it or not in my part of North Wales it's been very dry warm and sunny for weeks and weeks now, too sunny for my liking and it's been a real pain in the arse for all the outdoor work I want to do on the house, too hot and sunny to do any of the exterior painting, virtually impossible to do any digging or planting because the garden is now bone dry and baked rock hard.
