Hope to be at the SPZL event in Blackburn instead! Right lads, I'm looking for some inspiration here. I am crap at trainer shopping and looking for some suggestions please. My criteria for a new pair of trainers are:
Up to the £100 mark.
Smart enough for wearing in the office on dress down Friday with jeans (I like Samba/Gazelles but want something 'smarter'.
Casual enough to wear with tailored shorts.
Something along the lines of Adidas Night Jogger (without the shiny reflective fabric).
Nothing neon or all white.
Don't particularly like Cortez.
40 years old so nothing too 'trendy'.
Comfy.
I just can't find anything that ticks all the boxes, any suggestions from the community please?

You mentioned Nite Joggers and trousers.
I can't see that working.
How smart do you need them to be?
Adidas BW Army are my usual smart trainers.
I refuse to wear smart trainers from the likes of Boss, Armani, Prada and the the like.
More with jeans I should have said, for dress down Friday in the office.I can't see that working.

Can't stand the Boss, Armani etc.

If suede is ok then the Gola Harrier in graphite is pretty subtle. I find them incredibly comfortable and they are wearing well too.
Thanks.
Yes they live up to the hype imo. I loved the look of them as soon I saw them and the little nod to Back to the Future added to the appeal.
Comfort wise they are very snug to get on but there is plenty of space for your toes which always is a worry of mine when buying trainers. They are pretty light all things considering and on feet they are fine, no complaints so far. Haven’t played with the app yet either.
