Puma Speed Cat discontinued?
Discussion
Just to confuse things a bit more regarding sizes, I used to have a pair of these in blue a few years back with the Sparco logo on the tongue size 8.
They were really tight so couldn't wear them for too long and in the end gave them away. This thread sparked my interest in them again so thought I would order another pair as I really liked them but this time in black.
They arrived yesterday still in size 8 but the fit is a whole lot better, in fact they are perfect. I would say the newer versions are a closer fit to normal sizes than the old ones, at least that's what I have found.

Just tried to order a black set to find the Puma website knocking back my payment, Bloody TSB clicksafe I swear to god I need to change banks I have CONSTANT issues with them. Gonna try to order a set tomorrow.
Edit: ended up using paypal in the end, was having other problems with there ordering system just not liking me, I kept having my address/postcode 'corrected'.

You know what bks to it, They are on special for £40 for the moment and I actually like the look of the black set. How do these wear out of curiousity? I love to wear the same shoes for years until the sole wears through, these look skinnyer and less heft than the vans/etnies stuff I usually wear, do they stand up to abuse or are they only made for sitting on your arse?
The soles wear out first. They are quite thin, They flat spot under the ball of your sole and at the very back of the heel for me. Mine arrived with in 2 days via Parcelforce.I paid £70 for my original pair about 4 years ago, so £40 was excellent.

These were the first proper driving shoe I had all those years ago when they first came out:
I miss them immensely. Will the Puma Cat be equally as good?
Ugh all I can think of is this now when I see Adidas, curse my eastern European colleagues: I miss them immensely. Will the Puma Cat be equally as good?

Which is odd, because my Speed Cats are size 11, and the Doc Martens that I bought at the weekend are size 9... Unless they've changed the sizing in the last 12 months, which would be a real ballache when I order next year's pair. They were really tight so couldn't wear them for too long and in the end gave them away. Did everyone use UPS? I used the DHL option (which was default), so far its been 4 days (Over the weekend though), and their delivery tracking system has been down for maintenance since Monday. They where dispatched from Germany though so shouldn't get customs fees, if you do #BlameBrexit

I used DHL and apart from Saturday I've been able to get on the tracker. Your number should work on Parcel Force tracker too.caelite said:
