I worked for an IT outsourcing company for several years, one of whom's clients was Polygram. As they owned Mercury, London Records etc too, I "worked with" several DJs, ie fixed stuff in the same offices hehe

Including Pete Tong. I didn't know that fact until I was bent over a printer at a secretary's desk, waggling my screwdriver about and muttered "It's all gone a bit Pete Tong." The reason for the silence that followed became clear when I straightened up and looked at the doorway of the office behind me, where he was standing.

But no one at the moment. Unless you include Lorraine Kelly, who does some TV work for us. So, no biggrin

I work in live events so i've worked with quite a few. The Chuckle brothers, Frank Carson, Limahl of Kajagoogoo fame, quite a few current comedians, including Dara O Brien and Dave Spikey. All those lot have been down to earth and just like any other 'normal' person.

I'm currently working closely with an end user on a lighting and media distribution design for her newly aquired home in the west country.

She used to have blonde curly hair and doesnt wear shoes very often - The design is pretty much there although nothing is set in Stone wink

Did you know of her work there before you volunteered...?

One of the lads at work delivered some worktops to the bloke who used to play "Mike Thecoolperson" in The Young Ones.

He lived in a second floor flat and they said "Oooh, can't get them up there mate, we'll have to leave them here in the hall."

Mike said "OK then."

My wife works for a law firm that represents quite a few famous 'Dutchies' but I doubt anyone would have heard of them in the UK.
