I'd have to say the definition of a chav, or 'The great unwashed c*nt's' is:
Someone of questionable upbringing/heritage who constantly causes inconvenience/frustration/misery for other more socially competent and valuable members of society, though their own selfish and antisocial behavior. This however is also commonly teamed with sportswear of dubious quality from discounted sports shops and excessive amounts of garish gold jewelry from catalogue based retailers - mistakenly considered to be fashionable on the high street.
Failing that its any tw*t (male or female)that’s sat on the dole smoking and drinking their benefits away with no aspirations to better themselves or do anything decent with their lives other than breed at everyone elses expense. The focal point of their week is skinning up with other scum
