You aren't using a "title" such as "Mr", "Dr" "Rev" etc. It's your Christian name. So you'd be "Mr. Lord Wilkins" or whatever. Loads or people are called "Duke" or "Earl". Alternatively, don't even bother with Deed Poll - just write to your bank, phone, utility companies etc and tell them that you wish to be referred to as your new chosen name from now on.
