I've just noticed this one. Brings back a lot of memories! I spent 5 months living with a few mates in a house on Marine Parade just between Manly beach and the little cove at the end (Shelly Beach ?).

We spent about 50% of our income at the Steyne Hotel. I don't knkw why because it was a bit of a dump back then (2001) but we were all about 20-22yrs old and it was full of backpackers most nights. Good times!!

I stayed in a hostel in Manly. I was there one night and it ended my trip in Australia prematurely.
