Update from Castle Donington

A recycling box has recently blown and landed in the middle of the service road to our cul-de-sac., I nipped out to pop it out the way behind our tall gate.

Surely when the weather forecasts etc are nailed on like they are at present , if you’re stupid enough to get yourself in a situation where people are meant to come and save your sorry ass ??

Not that you're wrong, but that would have gone down well with the recent paddleboarders families.
It's rained for 3 days solid or something, let's go paddle boarding over a weir, it'll be ok.

most roads to my house are blocked with trees. our work canceled all deiveries after 6, busses stopped must be over 100 roads blocked in Aberdeen and shire with trees down. Its defo a big one up here
