How is it?
Average so far. I only fired it up last night and annoyed the wife.
I'll give it a go outside later and report back.

It looks identical to one I got for about £20, also from Amazon I think. I used it on a recent bike trip to Morocco and for the price, the quality wasn't bad at all.

It's been mentioned somewhere within this 55 page thread according to the search.... Amazon Dash buttons.

In the last couple of days we've run out of both laundry tablets and dog food, but had them both delivered next day by Prime.I noticed the Dash button advertised and thought I'd give it a go.
I'm not sure if the Dash button will help, but at least in theory as the last can is used, press the button, and dog food arrives the following day.

What it will most definitely help with is not having to go to Costco, "just for laundry tablets" and spending £150+ on other "vital" products.
This is where you underestimate the intelligence of your dog, and come home to several packages of dog food on the doorstep when he notices that a push of the button magically makes more food appear a day later, then spends some of his dog day pushing it for fun!

I don't have Amazon Prime, the last three things I've purchased from Amazon have all been delivered within 24hrs.
Double check, i signed up by accident through being drunk/not paying attention during checkout.

They charged me after a month, luckily there was some online option to say oops i messed up and they refunded the money no fuss.

I also do not have Amazon Prime and all my Amazon purchases recently have turned up within 24 hours (books and an iPhone cable).

I think I am right in saying you have to have Prime for these dash buttons to work, no?

The echo dot is similarly useful. "Alexa order dog food" she'll respond asking if you want to order the same as last time. "Yes".

Not quite as quick as a single push button but saves having to buy loads of separate buttons.

I like coffee but I don't like the instant crap so I rarely actually drink coffee. I've had a few cups from costa and mcdonalds recently which I've enjoyed so a quick trip to currys on the way home tonight and I have a Nespresso machine on the side in the kitchen and an email confirming my order of 150 pods.

If it uses the Nespresso capsules, rather than the new discs, then a lot of supermarkets are now stocking Nespresso-compatible capsules which give you even more choice. There are loads of branded ones and also own-brand. The Aldi and Lidl offerings are actually quite drinkable and a lot cheaper than genuine Nespresso.

(I realise this advice is contrary to the spirit of the thread)

Edit: You can also get refillable capsules, so you can put whatever espresso coffee you want in them. Some are in stainless steel which is very much in keeping with the spirit of the thread). smile
