Coffee is merely overrated, bitter sludge.
Coffee snobs are worse than wine snobs.- Don't judge. It hasn't stopped raining for 2 years, it has free parking and is a good place for a walk on a quiet week day evening, and it has a John Lewis.
Tea, it's disgusting!
I refused to drink any more of the vile beverage when I was ten.
Twelve years ago, I accidentally drank a mouthful of the vile brew, projectile vomiting ensued, a total waste of a perfectly good bacon butty.
The slightly medicinal flavour turns my stomach.
Tea drinkers, you're just weirdos with no sense of taste or smell, whatsoever!

Coffee snobs are worse than wine snobs. However valiant is spot on. I avoid talking about coffee because it inevitably ends in a mix between the four Yorkshiremen sketch and holy war.
And I'm a man currently travelling home with a few keys of fine Colombian agri-product. Erm... For personal use of course.

My coffee related unpopular opinion would be that adding milk to it is an act of savagery. Coffee snobbery actually makes sense if you drink it the way the gods intended, black no sugar…
Starbucks for example burn all of their coffee until it tastes like the contents of an ashtray that have been left out in the rain. Drip coffee from those machines that only exist in the US and my workplace (we also have a fax machine) is a crime against hot beverages. Instant coffee can bugger off back to the early 20th century. Good coffee though is delightful. Basically it’s bloody minefield so one does need to be particular.
This might be another unpopular opinion I’m not sure, Australia has the best coffee in the world.

AC/DC should retire.
Sadly, I'm with you on that one. I saw them many times in the early eighties and they were magnificant. Poor Angus's fingers just can't keep up these days and it's rather sad. Bowing out now wouldn't be a bad thing. Besides, the Young family must have a few quid in the bank by now. Chubbyross said:

Not liking cheese and coffee? Now those are unpopular opinions. Tea though? That is overrated.
All of the poncy stuff certainly is. Earl Grey, for example, is just flowery water, but Yorkshire Tea, made in a pot, a brewed properly is nectar. Can't beat a decent mug of tea (with milk and 1 sugar).Gassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
