Why not get a T shirt? Or several. With different designs.
FFS...
I don't really know what you're expecting in response? Seems like you know whats coming so I don't know why you'd comment if the same thing has happened before Why not get a T shirt? Or several. With different designs.

I know nowt about tattoos but was just wondering, these really bright coloured ones like the fella above and the Lego Man - do those colours fade over time? Is it a case that the technology in the inks and methods are better these days than they used to be (I know some old fellas with tattoos that are really faded and washed out now) or is their some skill in the artists method that determine how long the colours and sharp lines will last? I watched a documentary on the Yakuza tattoos and they still do it the old way with a bamboo stick and needles dipped in some kind of possessions ink (for the reds and oranges) and they clai the vivid colours last forever.
I don't have any btw, but the good ones I find fascinating.

Bit nervous about posting this up but what the hell. Got my first tattoo a week ago at the age of 46. Been putting it off for a very long time and getting inspired to do coincided with finding someone I was happy to do the work and before you know it it's all done. It's not as grand as some of the work on here but I really like it. The guy who did it had done some really nice designs that he framed with geometric shapes that I liked and I like the old classic of daggers and hearts have a soft spot for David Lynch's Wild at Heart film. This was the his take on that brief brief...
Some of the stuff on this thread is very inspirational though and I can see the next one I have done being quite a bit more adventurous.
Regards,
Mark

In response to your inquisitive questioning, I'm sure the chap in question probably has a t shirt. In fact I'd wager he has several, as you suggest.
He also has a fantastic tattoo, so seems to be blessed in both the ink and clothing departments.
Much like myself, obviously

Inks have moved on a lot from the old days with old blokes with green tattoos.I don't have any btw, but the good ones I find fascinating.
With the right ink, the right artist and it being looked after tattoos can last and stay bright a very long time.
