That is a different one. Only 2 slates to sit on and looks cheaper and less substantial than the one in the animated Gif above

Would have been far more interesting if we had seen these at school.

I saw a program last week about a mechanical computer that Aristotal made more than 2000 years ago.
Truely amazing clockwork type mechanism.
Genius is an understatement for the men that figured out all this stuff.
And it was like being force fed at school.

I love watching the 'How its made' stuff on Discovery.

What I'd like to see is how they actually design and build the actual production line machines - they seem to be fantastic examples of prototype engineering as each element does a unique/one-off duty.
