And? It would be more annoying if you couldn't get something you liked at any time of the year. Eg? I love Mince Pies, but you can't bloomin' well get one anywhere in August, FFS! At least you can choose not to buy a Creme Egg in December, if they're on the shelves...

I’ve just seen similar outrage on The Sun - however my local supermarkets sell these all year round as do many other retailers and small convenience stores so noticing them at this time of year seems a little odd really as they aren’t seasonal anymoreAntony Moxey said:
People who associate crime eggs and mini eggs with Easter. They’re not Easter eggs and there’s no reason not to sell them all year round.
I did think it was criminal ![laugh](/inc/images/laugh.gif)
I have to say I have never noticed them being sold all year round, although I would happily eat Asda iced mince pies 365 days a year. Yes, I know, council

Which is what AM was saying in the first place, these things are available all year around, their sale is not seasonal even if they are associated with and consumed more at Christmas or Easter. With creme/mini eggs, I wasn't even aware there was a seasonal association.
It used to be that Creme Eggs were only available around Easter and Cadbury's used to make a big song-and-dance about how they were now available again, and equally "buy them before they're gone" after Easter. Personally. I don't associate Creme Eggs with Easter and welcome having them available all year round. But they definitely used to be seasonal and marketed accordingly.

With the size of them these days it's a wonder they sell any at all. Not because of the VFM factor but because they're that small you can't see them!Personally.
