Ignoring the name : photo mismatch for a moment, why would a courier be leaving notes to tell you he likes taking his dog and grandkids for walks? Shouldn't he be leaving info such as where he's dumped your parcel or the address of the local depot with contact number and opening hours?

It’s probably Hermes where that sort or information isn’t high on their priority list.
