Legally yes.

Sending me money by the deadline buys you a slice of the pie. Sending the money means you accept the terms of the email which functions as our syndicate agreement.

Also, as it says in the agreement, if I ever missed anyone's payment from the list (e.g. I was sent 120 entries but only bought 119 by accident) and we won big then it would be split between the full 120 people who paid.
