Or the other one is Amazon giving you recommendations for printers because you bought a printer. One from Amazon this morning "Did you enjoy your recent purchase ?" - it was a fking 500 page book only fking delivered 2 hours ago, how fking fast do they think I bloody read ?
How quickly are you expecting it to break down, Amazon?

I just renewed a tax disc online.
Stick in the ref, click 12 months, pay.
They then asked me if I wanted to take a survey about how the service was.
FFS! I got the disc so it was fine, if I hadn't it wouldnt have been, does this really need quantifying?
You've done well to get a tax disc.Stick in the ref, click 12 months, pay.

Two from today:
- people who buy something from you on a auction / car boot sale website and insist on communicating via the little used app rather than your email or phone number which you gave them some time ago. I don't want to be checking in little used iphone folders just in case you've messaged me when I'll get an instant pop up if you text or email.
- companies who accept your CV; tell you they want to do a phone interview; ask you to select a time via a website; email to confirm that time and who will be calling you...... then don't phone. 14:30 was 15 minutes ago... I have better things to do than sit in the office waiting for a phone call!

That's just rude on their part. I'd say they failed the interview (given that interviewing is a two-way process). MartG said:

You were asked for a review after receiving your order. You're lucky. I've been asked the same. The problem was, my order hadn't arrived. One from Amazon this morning "Did you enjoy your recent purchase ?" - it was a fking 500 page book only fking delivered 2 hours ago, how fking fast do they think I bloody read ?

Shop assistants who ask for my email address to "send an electronic receipt" to after giving me a paper copy. FRO - I don't want hundreds of emails from you offering this or that bargain.
Worst offenders - HALFORDS.Second worst offenders - The Carphone Warehouse.
Third worst offenders - B& Q.

I can appreciate that its better than it was before, but it's still a faff. The list of companies that want to dump cookies on your device is massive on some websites, I predict many machines will choke on their cookies before long if the user doesn't know to wipe them once every month or so, and they are also too naïve to reject them.
I don't disagree. The scary thing is that these sites have probably scaled back their cookie usage post-GDPR.
Before you hit the 'reject all' button, next time look at the massive list of companies that are connected with this sort of thing. It's quite scary.

We've received 2 Christmas cards so far for the previous owner of our house...which we've lived in for over 12 years.
Clearly no bother to me, hence the "beyond reason", but if you don't know someone well enough to know they moved house 12 years ago why are you sending them a Christmas card?

The amount of crap we get through the post from previous occupants is unbelievable. There are at least six previous occupants we get post for, including some nice and sensitive stuff like pension letters, greetings cards with handwritten addresses and a new bank card!Clearly no bother to me, hence the "beyond reason", but if you don't know someone well enough to know they moved house 12 years ago why are you sending them a Christmas card?
We even marked them 'return to sender' and dumped them in the postbox, only for a couple of them to be re-posted to the house.. Between this and all the marketing crap from Iceland, Dominos et al, I am tempted to invest in a solid fuel burner to dispose of it, and bring the gas bill down.
