As a renovator / developer of properties I’m seriously thinking of deliberately messing up a few things Just for the benefit of others in this forum . . Tiling being the most obvious . .

For the faint hearted : Do not ever search images of a "Hundertwasser House" .

It´s art to be living in, they are always very sought after flats or apartments.
