That reminds me of Peter Butterworth in a Carry On film. He had a one-gag cameo as a patient. Seeing him shuffling queasily into the waiting area, two doctors have a go at guessing what’s wrong with him. He replies: “Let me see now. You thought it was a slipped disc? I’m afraid you were wrong. And you thought it was hemorrhoids. I’m afraid you were wrong. As a matter of fact, I thought I was going to break wind. I’m afraid I was wrong.”

Bloody hell, I thought I’d seen it all but sportswear logos on the head is a new low.

And there's me thinking it was some sort of indication of wireless connectivity.

A friend tried this 20+ years ago. Had another mate shave it into his head; it ended up looking like a pipe with smoke coming out of it. Same mate also went for the Firestarter-era Keith Flint look, with equally hilarious (to us) results. Luckily he has a great sense of humour and latterly, he is now completely bald.
